McMurray had his greatest success while driving for Chip Ganassi, but he struggled throughout his tenure with Roush Fenway Racing. McMurray will fill the seat vacated by Martin Truex Jr.'s departure to Michael Waltrip Racing.

After being fired as crew chief for Kyle Busch, I am sure Addington would love to be able to get a shot with Kurt. Of course, he will have to deal with one of the most annoying drivers in NASCAR if he does. Kurt didn't exactly have kind parting words for Pat Tryson. Addington could also end up with Brad Keselowski and the No. 12 team for Penske Racing in 2010.

Even in a down year, Busch managed four victories. He has won 12 races in two seasons since joining JGR, and he won the Nationwide Series title for the organization this season. Expect the organization to lock up Busch for a long time.

Gilliland drove the No. 02 car for JGR in three events in 2009, but the organization is still unsure whether or not they will run a fourth team in any capacity next year. Gilliland is also a candidate for the vacancy with the No. 09 at Phoenix Racing. Gilliland has been able to find rides since being released by Yates Racing at the start of the 2009 season, and the odds are high that he will find one for 2010 as well.

After a dismal 2009 season, changes had to be made with the No. 6 team. Ragan nearly made the Chase in 2008, but he managed just two top-10 finishes this season. Wingo has sat atop the box for names like McMurray, Montoya and Sorenson in the past. He will replace Jimmy Fennig
